Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply when you visit VividCheats.com, create an account, place an order, or use a digital product or support service supplied by Vivid Cheats (“Vivid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally capable of entering into a contract. Information you provide must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your account, email, order links, licence keys, and login details secure, and for activity carried out using them.
2. Digital products and licence
Vivid sells electronically delivered software access and digital licence keys. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, a purchase grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use one copy of the product for the purchased duration. Ownership of the software and its intellectual property is not transferred to you.
You must not share, resell, sublicense, publish, copy, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with our loaders or services, or use a key on more devices or accounts than the product permits. Keys obtained through fraud, payment reversal, resale, or another unauthorised source may be suspended or revoked.
3. Orders, prices, and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject an order, including where a product is unavailable, the price is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, or fraud or abuse is suspected. The price, currency, product, and licence duration shown at checkout form part of your order. Any tax or payment-provider charge that applies will be shown or imposed as required by the relevant provider or law.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy notices may also apply. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
4. Delivery and activation
Delivery normally occurs when a licence key, download, or access instruction is displayed on the order page or sent to the email address supplied at checkout. You must provide a working email address and check any spam or junk folder. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the product description, supported operating system, game version, hardware requirements, regional limits, required settings, and licence duration. If information on the product page conflicts with general site copy, the product page controls for that product.
5. Immediate digital supply
By requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content before any statutory cancellation period has expired. Where applicable law allows, you acknowledge that your cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. This does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law says cannot be excluded.
6. Product operation, updates, and availability
Software that interacts with third-party games and platforms may be affected by game updates, anti-cheat changes, operating-system updates, maintenance, or other events outside our control. Products may be temporarily unavailable while they are updated or made compatible. We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary.
A product described as available, working, or undetected reflects its status when that information was published. It is not a promise that it will remain compatible, continuously available, error-free, or undetected in the future. Check the relevant product page and our Status page before use.
7. Third-party accounts and platforms
Vivid is independent from the game publishers, platforms, and software providers with which a product may interact. Your use may breach their terms and may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent loss of a third-party account. You accept those risks and remain responsible for complying with laws and third-party terms that apply to you. We do not control or reverse third-party enforcement decisions.
8. Support
Support is provided through the methods shown on our Support page. We may ask for an order identifier, screenshots, logs, checker results, or other information reasonably needed to diagnose an issue. Support response times are estimates, not guarantees. Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading conduct may result in support access being restricted.
9. Refunds
Digital purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Except where applicable law provides a non-waivable right to a remedy, purchases are final and Vivid may approve or refuse a discretionary refund request in its sole discretion.
10. Fraud, disputes, and chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. We may suspend delivery, licences, and accounts connected with suspected fraud, an abusive or false dispute, or a reversed payment while the matter is reviewed. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a lawful right with your bank, payment provider, or consumer authority.
11. Intellectual property
The Vivid name, site, software, loaders, text, graphics, designs, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited product licence stated in these Terms.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer remedy. Subject to that limitation, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis, and we are not liable for third-party game or platform action, lost game accounts, loss caused by failing to follow published requirements, or indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
If you use our products for business purposes, our total aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply where the law does not permit it.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse a product, threaten the security or operation of our services, commit fraud, or create legal or technical risk. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, providers, or legal obligations. The date above shows the latest version. Changes apply prospectively from publication and do not remove rights already accrued under an accepted order. If a material change affects an ongoing paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
15. Governing law
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where you usually live and may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.
16. General terms
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights under an order without our written consent; we may transfer ours as part of a sale, reorganisation, or transfer of the Vivid business, provided your rights are not reduced.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through our Support page. Please include the email address used for the order and the order identifier, but never send a full payment-card number or account password.
